Do not sell or share my personal information
Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, California residents can direct a business not to sell or share their personal information. Here is exactly where RNR stands.
The short answer
RNR does not sell or share your personal information.
RNR Landscaping & Construction does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because there is no sale or sharing, there is nothing to opt out of, and a Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal has no data to act on.
What RNR collects, in plain terms
Information you send through the estimate form, email, or phone โ name, contact details, and project notes โ is used to respond to you and run your project. It is shared with service providers only as needed to operate the website, email, phone, scheduling, or project communication. The full detail lives in the privacy policy.
Your other rights
You can still ask RNR to show, correct, or delete your information.
California residents can request access to the personal information RNR holds, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion โ and exercising any of these rights will never change the service or pricing you receive (Cal. Civ. Code ยง1798.125).
How to make a request
Call (707) 889-8895 or email rnrlandscapingca@gmail.com and describe your request. RNR will verify your identity and respond within the timelines the CCPA requires. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
